The Holiday accommodation adjoins the farm bungalow, Its self contained with its own front door. The open plan living area is very comfortable with a colored television and lovely views over the countryside and sea.  The kitchen/dining area has been newly fitted and has a full size electric cooker, fridge washer/dryer and microwave, The toilet and shower room are on the ground floor, whilst upstairs is a gallery bedroom with double bed. We have a large garden with garden furniture and ample parking.

The accommodation is for 2 persons only.

Directions
    From Exeter take the A38 towards Plymouth, at Buckfastleigh take the A384 towards Totnes on reaching the traffic lights turn right onto the A381 Kingsbridge road going through Harbertonford and Halwell past the BP Garage. Then 1 mile further on turn left at sign post to Slapton (the width restriction only applies to the Village). Keep on this lane for 4 miles, eventually turn left at Lower Green Cross (opposite the Start Bay Centre), then follow the road around to the left and continue for 1/4 of a mile along the lane. Newlands is on the left hand side.
   Newlands Farm can also be approached from the A379. Beach Road, turn at Slapton sign post, go through Village and up the hill for 1 Mile. fork right at Start Bay Centre. Newlands Farm is approx 1/4 of a mile along the lane.

Warning Some Satellite Navigation aids direct through congested holiday routes such as Torbay/Dartmouth Ferry, or via farm tracks which are unsuitable for cars. To avoid an unnecessarily long journey we recommend that you set your sat/nav destination to Totnes first, and then reset it to Slapton.
