The Holiday accommodation adjoins the farm bungalow, Its self contained with its own front door. The open plan living area is very comfortable with a colored television and lovely views over the countryside and sea.  The kitchen/dining area has been newly fitted and has a full size electric cooker, fridge washer/dryer and microwave, The toilet and shower room are on the ground floor, whilst upstairs is a gallery bedroom with double bed. We have a large garden with garden furniture and ample parking.

Directions
    From the A38 at Buckfastleigh take the A384 towards Totnes on reaching the traffic lights turn right onto the A381 Kingsbridge road going through Harbertonford and Halwell past the BP Garage, then 1/2 a mile further on turn left at sign post to Slapton. follow the lane for a further 4 miles turn left at lower green cross then left again  Newlands is 1/4 of a mile along lane.
   Newlands Farm can also be approached from the A379. Beach Road, turn at Slapton sign post, go through Village and up the hill for 1 Mile. fork right at start bay center New lands Farm is apox 1/4 of a mile along lane. See Map
